ClientConnect automatically creates daily backups in your Documents folder. You can also manually export your data from Settings -> Data Management -> Export Backup.
Yes! ClientConnect supports importing from Excel/CSV files and many popular accounting formats. Use the Import Wizard in Settings -> Data Management.
Go to Settings -> Documents -> Invoice Template. You can customize colors, fonts, add your logo, and modify the layout to match your brand.
You can edit most entries before posting. For posted transactions, use the Journal Entry feature to make correcting entries that maintain audit trail integrity.
